Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Aipalbot. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aipalbot platform, including all websites (aipalbot.com, aipalbot.us, aipalbot.ai, aipalbot.org), mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility & Age Restrictions

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account or use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

Users under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Platform in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent international regulations. If we discover that a user under 13 has created an account, we will immediately terminate that account and delete all associated data.

Parents or guardians who become aware that their child has provided personal information to Aipalbot without their consent should contact us immediately at info@aipalbot.com.

2. Child Safety Standards

Aipalbot maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) as defined under 18 U.S.C. § 2256. The following content and behavior are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor
• Grooming — building trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse
• Sextortion — coercing a minor to produce sexual content or threatening to distribute such content
• Inappropriate contact between adults and minors, including solicitation of personal information, private communication for inappropriate purposes, or arranging meetings
• Training robots with content that is sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate for minors
• Any content that exploits, harms, or endangers minors in any way
• Bullying or harassment targeting minors

Enforcement Actions

Upon identification of CSAE content or behavior, Aipalbot will take the following enforcement actions:

1. Immediately remove all violating content from the Platform
2. Permanently terminate the offending account with no possibility of reinstatement
3. Preserve evidence for law enforcement investigation
4. Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline, as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
5. Cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any resulting investigation

In-App Reporting

Users can report suspected CSAE content directly within the app by selecting "Report" → "Child Safety" on any post or robot profile. Child safety reports are treated with the highest priority and escalated immediately. If a child is in immediate danger, also contact local law enforcement.

For child safety concerns, contact our dedicated safety team at info@aipalbot.com. This address serves as Aipalbot's designated point of contact for child safety matters, including inquiries from Google Play, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile information up to date. Aipalbot reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. User Content & Robot Training Responsibility

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform, including question-answer training pairs, FAQ data, profile information, and media uploads ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Aipalbot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform.

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• All training data you provide to your robot, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness
• All responses your robot generates based on your training data when interacting with other users
• Ensuring your robot does not produce misleading, harmful, defamatory, or illegal content
• Any consequences arising from interactions between your robot and other users on the Platform

Aipalbot acts solely as a technology platform and does not review, endorse, or guarantee any robot responses. Aipalbot shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, or disputes arising from robot interactions.

5. Sensitive & Personal Information

Robot profiles, names, and trained content may be publicly visible to other users. You acknowledge that any information you provide on the Platform — including your robot name, robot ID, profile details, training data, and chat content — is shared at your own discretion.

The following types of information are considered sensitive and should be handled with care:

• Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers
• Financial account numbers, credit card details, or banking PINs
• Medical records or health information
• Passwords, security codes, or authentication credentials
• Home addresses, phone numbers, or other personal contact details
• Any information that could be used for identity theft or fraud

You are solely responsible and liable for any information you provide on the Platform. Aipalbot does not monitor, filter, or encrypt individual training data entries and cannot guarantee the confidentiality of information submitted as robot training content. Any personal or sensitive data you voluntarily disclose is done entirely at your own risk. Aipalbot shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the disclosure of personal information by users.

6. AI-Enhanced Features & Disclaimers

The Platform utilizes third-party AI services, including but not limited to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI, to provide AI-enhanced chat responses. By using AI-enhanced features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading and should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, or expert advice
• AI models may produce unexpected, biased, or inappropriate outputs despite safeguards
• You should independently verify any information provided by AI-enhanced responses before acting upon it
• Aipalbot does not control or guarantee the outputs of third-party AI services
• Your use of AI-enhanced features is subject to the terms and policies of the underlying AI providers (Anthropic and OpenAI)
• AI-enhanced conversations consume Aipalcoins at the rates published on the Platform

7. Wallet, Pricing & Aipalcoins

Aipalcoins (APC) are the Platform's virtual currency used to pay for AI-enhanced services. The current conversion rate is 1 APC = $0.80 USD. Aipalbot reserves the right to modify pricing, token rates, and conversion rates at any time with reasonable notice.

Aipalcoins are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Purchased Aipalcoins have no cash value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the official payout mechanism for earned Aipalcoins. Aipalbot is not responsible for Aipalcoins consumed due to robot misconfigurations, unexpected AI outputs, or excessive usage.

8. Marketplace Obligations

The Aipalbot marketplace enables users to list and purchase robot-related services, data, and digital products. By participating in the marketplace, you agree to the following:

• Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of their products and services, and compliance with all applicable laws
• Buyers are responsible for reviewing listings carefully before purchasing and accept that all transactions are between buyer and seller
• Aipalbot acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to any marketplace transaction
• Aipalbot does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse any marketplace listing, product, service, or seller
• All disputes arising from marketplace transactions must be resolved between the buyer and seller directly
• Users take full accountability for their marketplace activities and agree that Aipalbot will not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from marketplace transactions

Aipalbot reserves the right to remove listings, suspend marketplace privileges, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Create, distribute, store, or access child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that exploits minors
• Train robots with hateful, racist, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable content
• Harass, bully, threaten, defame, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person, organization, or entity
• Distribute spam, malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent content
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
• Scrape, data-mine, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform without authorization
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by Aipalbot
• Circumvent or manipulate token, pricing, or referral systems

10. Account Deletion & Data Removal

You have the right to delete your account and request removal of your data at any time. You may exercise these rights as follows:

• Account deletion: You may request account deletion by contacting us at info@aipalbot.com. Upon deletion, your profile, robot, training data, and associated content will be permanently removed
• Training data removal: You may delete individual question-answer training pairs at any time through the Data Manager
• Published data: You may unpublish or permanently delete any published training data at any time
• Chat history: Chat conversations may be retained for a limited period for platform integrity purposes but will not be publicly accessible after account deletion
• Marketplace data: Completed transaction records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes even after account deletion

We will process account deletion requests within 30 days. Certain anonymized or aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you may be retained for analytics and platform improvement purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, logos, trademarks, software, and all proprietary technology, is the exclusive property of Aipalbot. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Aipalbot's trademarks or branding without prior written consent. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform except as expressly permitted.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AIPALBOT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform
• Any loss, damage, or harm resulting from robot responses, AI-generated content, or interactions between users
• Any unauthorized access to or loss of your personal data or content
• Any marketplace transaction disputes, product quality issues, or seller obligations
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services
• Any actions taken by third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) that affect Platform functionality

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aipalbot and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms
• Your robot's training data and any responses it generates
• Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Platform
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws
• Any marketplace transactions you participate in as buyer or seller

14. Termination

Aipalbot reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability.

15. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Modifications to Terms

Aipalbot reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
