Data We Collect

When you use the Aipalbot platform, we may collect the following types of information:

• Training data: Question-answer pairs, FAQ content, stories, and media files you submit to train your robot
• Usage data: Interactions with the Platform including page views, feature usage, and device information
• Chat data: Messages exchanged between users and robots on the Platform
• Transaction data: Aipalcoin purchases, transfers, marketplace transactions, and payout records
• Authentication tokens: Firebase authentication tokens used for secure session management

Log Files

Aipalbot follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.

Robot profiles, names, and trained content may be publicly visible. You acknowledge that any information you provide on the Platform is shared at your own discretion. Aipalbot does not monitor or filter the content of robot names, profiles, or training data for personal information. You are solely responsible for any information you disclose. Aipalbot shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from the disclosure of personal information by users.

Aipalbot will not be responsible for any monetary involvement.

Account Deletion & Data Removal

You have the right to delete your account and request removal of your data at any time through the following methods:

• In-app: Navigate to Profile > Delete Account
• Web: Visit aipalbot.com/delete-account
• Email: Contact info@aipalbot.com

Upon account deletion, the following data is permanently removed: your profile, robot, training data, chat history, and wallet balance. Deletion is processed immediately. Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

Child Safety & CSAE Data Handling

Aipalbot takes child safety seriously. The following data handling practices apply to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) reports:

• Reported CSAE content is quarantined and flagged for immediate review by our safety team
• Report data, including the reported content and reporter information, is preserved for law enforcement and NCMEC
• Confirmed child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline as required under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A
• Reported CSAE content is not deleted until cleared by authorities
• If a user under 13 is discovered, their account and all associated data are immediately deleted in compliance with COPPA

Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on aipalbot.

Children's Information
